It's always been said that growth is never comfortable. It's a challenge to our beliefs and assumptions, no matter how strong we think they are.

For me, that's why it's so important to constantly question myself, explore new possibilities and find new ways of thinking. Only then can we continue growing as individuals and as a society. And I always leave myself open to learning. Regardless of where that learning is coming from.

By constantly questioning ourselves, we're able to grow and continue learning. It's an essential part of being alive and something that should be encouraged.

Never being comfortable is a good thing because it means we are always pushing ourselves to improve. If we were comfortable all the time, it would mean we had stopped growing. Discomfort motivates us to change and become better people.

That’s why it’s so important to constantly question ourselves, to explore new possibilities and to find new ways of thinking. Only then can we continue growing as individuals and as a society.
