It's time to start being yourself - for real this time. Don't change who you are because of what someone did to you; change who you are because it makes YOU happy. Embrace your quirks, your passions, and everything that makes you unique. When you do that, happiness will follow.

Making changes in our lives is something we all have to do at some point. We can't keep doing things the way we always have if we want to grow and improve.

However, changing who we are as a person because of the way someone behaved with us is a risky decision.

If it's not something you feel comfortable doing, don't do it based on what they did or did not do to you; think about what would be best in terms of your own happiness and well-being.

You owe it to yourself to be happy!


There's no shame in making changes in your life - we all do it. But be sure that you're doing it for the right reasons, and not because someone treated you badly. You deserve better than that! Keep your head up and focus on what will make YOU happy. Everything else is just noise.
