  • Communicate the meeting objectives to entire team
  • Schedule daily 15-30 mins meeting with entire team
  • Set Agenda to discuss standard items such as; Sev 1 & 2 counts and types, Volume of Incidents, Status of Problems, Status of Changes, Planned Changes, Open Escalations, etc.
  • Collect agenda items from team to have a 2-way discussion
  • Collect, track and complete any outstanding issues

Process Objective:

  • Process Objective is to bring the team together, share information and set the focus for the day. A daily touchpoints meeting is needed to bring the team together, share information and set the focus for the day. Without such a meeting, employees are unaware of areas to focus on, how to prioritize their work and what deliverables need to be met.
